How to View Multiple Workbooks in Excel

If you have multiple workbooks opened in MS Excel at a time and you are almost working on all of them or sharing data in one another then you definitely need to learn from this example as it will save you from switching between the sheet every now and then.

To view multiple workbooks at a time, follow the steps below:

1. On VIEW tab and under the Windows group, click on Arrange All

2. On Arrange Windows dialog box, select Horizontal and press OK

3. All the workbooks opened in MS Excel will be arranged horizontally on your screen and will provide you access to work on them.
