Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) is an IT certification that is offered by the Microsoft. This certification is for the candidates that have to develop their career in technology. The MTA certification enables the candidate to start their career as an IT professional that includes network and database administration, computer security, software development, and mobile app development and server administrator.
To be an IT professional you must start from the Microsoft MTA. When a candidate passes Microsoft MTA he is an eligible systems analyst, a network administrator, a software engineer, mobile application developer, website and video games developer, and IT security specialist.
For the preparation of Microsoft MTA certification there are online courses and degree programs. The average salary for a Microsoft MTA certified professional is $66,668. The MTA certification is not for MCP certification and also the Microsoft MTA is not the prerequisite for the MCSA or MCSD certification.
The Microsoft MTA exam has three tracts namely; IT infrastructure, development and database. If you want to start your career working with the software and hardware then you should opt the IT infrastructure tract. The database tract deals with databases and if you are interested to work with databases then you should consider the database tract. The development tract is working with software development, it can also be chosen if you are interested to be a developer.
