CWNP Certifications

CWNP Inc. ever since its inception in 1999 has developed and maintained their position as the IT industry standards company providing certification and training for vendor neutral enterprise Wi-Fi technologies.

The various certification exams involved in the CWNP certification program can be taken in any order. However all requirements for that certification must be met, including passing any prerequisite exams, to be able to earn a certification. The CWNP certification exams are administered by and available at all Pearson VUE testing centers worldwide.

CWNP CWTS

The Certified Wireless Technology Specialist (CWTS) certification from CWNP is the measure of validating the knowledge and related sales and support skills of individuals engaged in enterprise WLAN environment.

CWNP CWNA

The Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification from CWNP provides the basic knowledge of the enterprise Wi-Fi. CWNA is a requirement for the CWSP and CWNE certifications which appear later on the CWNP certification path.

CWNP CWSP

The Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification provides advanced skills required to provide security and efficiently secure enterprise Wi-Fi networks from hacking exploits, regardless of the brand of equipment that is implemented in the WLAN of an organization

CWNP CWDP

The Certified Wireless Design Professional (CWDP) certification focuses on the design aspects of a WLAN and will advance a candidates career by ensuring the skill sets required to successfully design enterprise level Wi-Fi networks for various applications and different deployment environments related to WLAN irrespective of the equipment vendors and brands.

CWNP CWAP

The Certified Wireless Analysis Professional (CWAP) certification focuses on the analysis aspect of a WLAN and will advance a candidates career by ensuring the skill sets required to successfully analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise level Wi-Fi networks for their various applications and different deployment environments

CWNP CWNE

The Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) credential is the final and highest level of the CWNP career certifications program. By successfully achieving the CWNE status a candidate would have demonstrated having the most advanced skills available in the world pertaining to the enterprise Wi-Fi market. The CWNE credential has life time validity and does not require recertification.

The Certified Wireless Network Trainer (CWNT) certification is targeted at trainers and instructors who are interested in developing a career in providing training for wireless and RF technologies. CWNT certified instructors are qualified to deliver CWNP training courses to other IT professionals
