You can set the zoom size for your screen in multiple ways. This example will cover from the easiest to complex method.

1. The quickest way to set the zoom size of your MS Excel content is through the slider given at the bottom right corner. You can increase or decrease the zoom size by simply dragging the slider towards + or – sign

2. The other method is through the VIEW tab where you can set the zoom size under the Zoom group

3. To use this method, follow the steps below:

     a. On VIEW tab and under the Zoom group click on Zoom as shown in figure above

     b. Select your desired zoom percentage from the Zoom window and click OK

     c. Your selected zoom size will be applied.
