Transpose in MS Excel

In Transpose function, the rows and columns data is swapped.

To transpose between rows and columns, follow the steps below:

1. Select and copy the rows and column range which you desire to transpose

2. Right click on the desired destination cell and select Transpose from the Paste Options

3. Your copied data will pasted in a transposed manner
