Twitter is a site that can be accessed by people all around the world. This site likes to be inclusive. That’s why they provide language settings. Users will be able to enjoy using Twitter in their native language or maybe just a language that they enjoy.

People like having options and there are hundreds of options when it comes to interacting on social media accounts. If you want to change your language setting, here’s what to do.

1) The first step is to go to your settings page. You can do this by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. A drop down list will appear and then you have to click on ‘settings’ near the bottom.

2) The language setting will be under the tab ‘account.’ On the left side of the settings page, you will see a column of tabs. ‘Account’ is the one at the top so click on it if you’re not already there. That page is usually the first one that shows up when the settings page is finished loading.

3) The basic settings for this page are all at the very top. Three options down from the heading ‘account’ you will see the word ‘language.’ Beside that will be a box that you can click to reveal all of the language options.

4) Click anywhere within the box beside the word ‘language’ and scroll through the options. There are many to choose from, so it’s likely you’ll be able to find your desired language. Some of the languages are still in the testing stage. That means that the option is new and that Twitter is still working out the kinks for proper translation of the text.

5) When you’ve selected your language, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press ‘save changes.’
